  • Acting for a Ukrainian high net worth individual in High Court proceedings arising from breaches of a joint venture agreement and related financing arrangements.

  • Acting for a Belarusian individual in relation to a dispute as to beneficial ownership of an English company, which owned valuable property assets in Belarus.

  • Advising a charitable company limited by guarantee without share capital in respect of a high-profile dispute arising from a breakdown in Member relations.
