Peter practises complex litigation and arbitration. He has substantial experience in international cases, acting for multinational companies and ultra-high net worth individuals.
Peter is a specialist commercial disputes lawyer, with representative experience in proceedings before the English High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as in arbitrations under the ICSID, LCIA, ICC, SIAC and HKIAC rules.
He has specific expertise in financial services litigation, commercial fraud and shareholder disputes and has been recommended in the ‘International Arbitration’ category of the Legal 500 UK (2023). He has considerable experience of issues arising in the context of international financial sanctions. Additionally, he regularly acts in private client and cross-border contentious trust matters.
Peter qualified as a barrister in 2017. He joined Gresham in September 2022.
